Are you a newly licensed stylist looking to build your skills and confidence before taking clients of your own? At Cutting Loose Salon, our Protg Program is designed to guide beginner stylists through a structured, paid training experience that bridges the gap between school and the salon floor.

As a Protg , youll work closely with our senior, Master stylists and educators in a support role while participating in our in-house schooling. This is a full-time position focused on growth, learning, and immersion into a successful salon environment.

What Youll Experience:

• Weekly hands-on education led by top stylists and educators

• Real salon experience by supporting day-to-day services such as shampoos, blowouts, color applications, and prep work

• One-on-one mentorship to help you develop technical skills, speed, and professionalism

• A clear path toward becoming a full-time stylist with your own clientele

• Continuous coaching on consultations, product knowledge, and client experience

Ideal for You If You:

• Are a licensed cosmetologist (or finishing up licensing soon)
