Role description:

As the Project Program Manager you will be accountable for project budget and schedule compliance, internal profitability, and overall client satisfaction.

Role accountabilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Lead and motivate project teams, including project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project goals
• Manage and coordinate multiple projects for the Master Campus Modernization Plan Program
• Manage the coordination of all architectural, engineering, and planning services and suppliers to ensure the overarching master plan is executed
• Manage and ensure quality control of design

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 12 years experience, 10 of which in a management role, and engineering/architectural or other relevant college degree, preferably with a structural background.

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision, EAP, 401K, STD, LTD, AD&D, life insurance, paid parental leave, reward & recognition program and optional benefits including wellbeing benefits, adoption assistance and tuition reimbursement. We offer nine paid holidays and 20 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $175,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
