• Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with daily coordination and project documentation
\n
• Maintain and track RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and change orders
\n
• Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure deliverables remain on schedule
\n
• Help manage site logistics and safety documentation
\n
• Support procurement tracking and ensure materials are on-site when needed
\n
• Learn project workflows from preconstruction through closeout
\n

The ideal candidate is a motivated and detail-oriented professional with some experience in construction- preferably within healthcare projects . They are eager to learn from experienced mentors, comfortable juggling multiple tasks, and bring a proactive, team-first mindset to the job site and office alike.
