Key Responsibilities for This Role Include:\n
    \n
  • Providing support to the Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and Assistant Project Manager, depending on the size and scope of the project
  • \n
  • Assisting with K-12 projects, including documentation management, contract drafting, and project coordination
  • \n
  • Uploading and organizing project materials in Procore to ensure streamlined communication and tracking
  • \n

The Successful Candidate Will Have:\n
    \n
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant construction experience
  • \n
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • \n
  • Familiarity with Procore project management software
  • \n
  • Foundational knowledge of construction practices and terminology
  • \n
  • Experience working with steel subcontractors (a plus)
  • \n
  • Prior involvement in K-12 or municipal projects (preferred)
  • \n
  • Exposure to managing change orders and punchlists (preferred)
  • \n
