Our client is seeking a Process Engineer .

This role is responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring high-quality production standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles, problem-solving skills, and experience in process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and production output.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and maintenance.
• Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot process-related issues.
• Design and execute experiments to test new methods and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain documentation of process changes, improvements, and performance metrics.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff.
• Work with suppliers and vendors to evaluate materials and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing.
• Experience in automation and control systems.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory compliance.
• Hands-on experience with process optimization and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
