The 102-bed community hospital offers comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services, including Siteman Cancer Center, Breast Health and Women’s Center, Cardiology Center, Neurosurgery Center, and Outpatient Surgery and Endoscopy Center. The Pastoral Care team provides direct patient/family care, spiritual consultation, ethical guidance, and community learning opportunities such as grief support. Responsibilities Provide direct spiritual care to patients and families. Consult the care team on spiritual issues, resources, and ethics. Offer pastoral care to staff and physicians as needed. Contribute to professional spiritual care by conducting research, publishing, and presenting workshops at professional meetings. Minimum Requirements Education: Master’s Degree in Theology or related field. Experience: No experience required. Supervisor Experience: No supervisor experience required. Preferred Licenses & Certifications: 1 Unit ACPE CPE or equivalent. Board Chaplain APC, NACC, AJC. Ordination or eligibility.
