Job Title: Pipe Welder
Job Description
The Pipe Welder is responsible for performing various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding, on different pipe materials such as carbon steel and stainless steel. The role involves interpreting blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols to determine appropriate welding techniques and sequences. Pipe Welders construct and repair pipe systems and components by cutting, threading, and bending pipes. They inspect welds for defects to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Maintaining welding equipment and tools in good working order and adhering to safety protocols when operating equipment and working with hazardous materials are also crucial aspects of this position. Additionally, Pipe Welders maintain records of welding activities, inspections, and repairs.

Work EnvironmentThe work environment is hot during the summer but comfortable the rest of the year. There is no heavy machinery constantly running, and the culture is second to none. You will be part of a great team.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hebron, Kentucky.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.
