The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. A commitment to customer service and quality is expected. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and will perform as a plasma donor screener and perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations. Responsibilities Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety for donors and the team. Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results. Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation. Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using approved procedures. Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays to support donors. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift. Evenings, weekends, and holidays availability. Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees. Ability to lift to 5 lbs., occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs., and rarely 50 lbs. Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance. Due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens (risk level 1), 90% of tasks require prolonged glove wear. 1+ years of experience in a customer- or patient-facing role is helpful. For Location USA - WI - Sheboygan U.S. Starting Hourly Wage: $16.00 The starting hourly wage reflects the actual starting rate for this position. The actual hourly wage offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location. U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term incentives, medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, disability coverage, basic life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits. They may also accrue up to 80 hours of paid sick time per year and up to 120 hours of paid vacation for new hires.
