Soliant is looking for a motivated and student-centered Special Education Teacher to support middle school learners in an inclusive setting for the upcoming school year. This position will focus on 7th grade students, blending in-class support with a dedicated small group English Language Arts (ELA) instruction block.

Deliver targeted ELA instruction to a small group of 7th grade students
Collaborate closely with general education teachers to support inclusive practices
Case manage a group of approximately 1520 students
Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and learning goals
Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences
Track and report progress toward academic and behavioral outcomes
Passionate about helping students with diverse learning needs succeed
Comfortable working in both inclusion and pull-out instructional models
Strong in communication, organization, and collaboration
Holds a PA Special Education Certification or an emergency cert with active enrollment in a Special Education program
