Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal and Office Assistant located in Flint, MI. The Personal and Office Assistant will be responsible for managing phone calls, providing administrative support, handling office equipment, and performing various clerical tasks. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and running errands for the owners and family.
One of the owners is a physician executive who works in healthcare and also owns and operates OB/GYN Board prep. This individual requires an on-task, ahead of the timeline, efficient, and detail-oriented assistant to keep himself, the other owner, and their family moving and organized.
Qualifications
Pay- 43,680 annually
