Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Provide specialized speech-language pathology services in a K-12 educational setting, supporting students with a range of speech and language needs in a full-semester contract role. This opportunity emphasizes working with diverse learners, delivering both direct and consultative services to promote communication skills and support academic success.

Location: Rochester, IN
Setting: K-12 School within a regional school corporation
Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week, 35 hours weekly
Duration: Full academic semester contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the teacher of record for approximately 30 students whose primary eligibility is speech or language impairment.
• Provide teacher of service support for an additional 40 students where speech and language needs are secondary.
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure student progress and enhance educational outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation compliant with school and state regulations.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress monitoring.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completion or eligible.
• Experience working with pediatric populations in school and healthcare settings.
• Ability to address a wide range of speech and language disorders within educational contexts.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.
