Job Description Job Description Parts & Inventory Specialist Job Description This role involves supporting over 40 technicians in the parts department, focusing on small aircraft. The position also requires interfacing with outside customers and managing internet sales. It is a blend of office work and traditional warehouse tasks, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management. Responsibilities Support technicians working on small aircraft. Interface with outside customers and manage internet sales. Conduct shipping and receiving duties. Manage inventory and establish reorder points for inventory items. Generate purchase orders and perform PO/Invoice reconciliation. Handle requests for quotes (RFQs) and data entry. Expand outside sales and establish discounted contracts with suppliers and shippers. Operate vehicles including forklifts after certification. Essential Skills Previous aviation or aerospace material handling experience. Ability to work with various internal departments and external customers. Experience in corporate aircraft, general aviation, and logistics management. Proficiency in stocking, customer service, inventory, and forklift operation. Additional Skills & Qualifications ~ Experience with Pentagon 2000 or Corridor software/inventory management systems is preferred. Why Work Here? Work hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Englewood, Colorado. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
