Local parking company is seeking full-time parking operations specialists to enforce on our parking lots and in our garages.

This position is 1st or 2nd shift and weekends are required. Your days off will be through the week. You must have a valid driver's license and your own transportation because you will use your own car for work and you will be reimbursed mileage on a monthly basis. You will be required to show proof of the car's current registration and insurance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Read and send emails on company issued smart phone. Microsoft knowledge not required, but is helpful.
• Patrol parking areas to enforce parking rules and regulations. Write violations, wheel lock cars and call tow company.
• Drive your own vehicle at work. (Includes monthly check for gas mileage reimbursement paid back to employee.)
• Work outdoors in different seasons and weather. Experience working outdoors is helpful.
• Able to work with a supervisor, and able to work on your own with no supervisor.
• Training will be provided for small repairs such as damaged parking gates.
• Provide great customer service by giving directions, teaching and showing customers how to use equipment.

Job Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Reliable transportation, must drive at work.

Applicants will be required to pass a pre-employment criminal background check, drug test and a motor vehicle records check.
