Our client is on the hunt for an energetic Outside Sales Specialist to integrate into their elite expansion squad. This entirely on-the-ground job requires dedicating all your efforts to engaging with prospective and current sites to spot collaboration prospects and enhance shipments via their system.

Primary Duties:

• Travel Extensively : Spend 4-5 days weekly navigating your designated territory to build connections with key sites and propel growth initiatives.
• Represent Our Company : Serve as the primary face-to-face liaison for potential clients, covering everything from local shops to major international corporations in various sectors.
• Team Up for Excellence : Coordinate tightly with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations groups to provide top-tier, effortless interactions for new partners.
• Plan and Implement : Focus on premium prospects that have little to no familiarity with our system, employing a territory-focused strategy to achieve maximum results.
• Gain Mastery : Acquire in-depth understanding of our offerings and craft an insightful viewpoint on supply chain dynamics.
• Advance Your Skills : Take part in regular skill-building sessions and progress upward in our nurturing company environment.

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least one year in outdoor sales, preferably targeting wholesalers within a set region.
• Superior people skills, including the boldness to enter any facility and effectively pitch our system's advantages.
• Established success in reaching out to medium-sized and large-scale organizations via multiple channels like phone outreach, tailored messages, and various selling aids.
• Solid abilities in prioritizing tasks and staying organized, coupled with self-reliance.
• Top-notch abilities in both composing and delivering messages.
• Knowledge of our software tools (HubSpot, Google Workspace, Slack) would be advantageous.
