Job Summary:

HCA Florida Ocala Hospital is seeking a nurse practitioner or physician assistant for a hospital-based position to join their busy neuroscience team.

Qualified Candidates:

• Duties include covering general neurology service and comprehensive stroke service line.
• Comfortable with responding to stroke alerts, rounding on patients, rounding with the physician (some ICU management) and clearing patients for procedures
• Schedule is 7 on / 7 off
• 12 hour shift
• Work with an established neuroscience team including neurologists, neurosurgeons, neuro-interventionalist and additional nurse practitioners / physician assistants
