Certified Mobile Notary Service ( ) is seeking a Notary Public to work remotely in the U.S. only. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Essential Duties: Complete notarization of customer documents. Verify the authenticity of important documents remotely. Explain notarization procedures to clients and ensure customer satisfaction. Review and verify signer's identity according to state requirements. Ensure the signer's understanding of documents and willingness to sign. Review documents for completeness and correct certificate wording. Administer acknowledgment and jurat notarial acts. Record notarizations in a digital journal as required by law. Certify the authenticity of signatures on legal documents. Manage communication through an online portal. Maintain certification as mandated by your state. Qualifications/Skills: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience as a Notary Public handling confidential documents. Valid Notary Public certification. Attention to detail, effective communication skills. Dependability, punctuality, and ability to learn internal tools. Ability to resolve document issues independently. Job Requirements: Must have a desktop computer, webcam, microphone, and high-speed Internet.
