Omni Wound Physicians (OWP) is on an exciting expansion journey across Washington State, offering opportunities for skilled and compassionate Mobile Wound Care Physicians. Our dedicated mobile team delivers specialized wound care directly to skilled nursing facilities, long-term care centers, and private residences, with a focus on improving patient outcomes and reducing hospital readmissions.

We’re looking for passionate Wound Care Medical Doctors (MDs) to lead innovative mobile wound care services. Whether you're drawn to major metropolitan areas, thriving suburban communities, or underserved rural regions, we have various opportunities available that align with your expertise.

We ensure high-quality wound care services are accessible wherever they are needed throughout Washington State.

Flexible Scheduling Options:

  • Minimum Scheduling Requirement: Two shifts per week.
  • Shifts: Typically between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM local time.
  • Full-Time: A minimum of 30+ hours per week (full benefits included).
  • Part-Time: Minimum of 2 shifts per week . Paid sick time accrual available.
  • On-Call & Weekend Coverage: Some coverage may be required with prior notification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and manage acute and chronic wounds.
  • Perform procedures including sharp debridement and NPWT management.
  • Monitor healing progress and adjust therapies as necessary.
  • Provide training and preventive education to patients and caregivers.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant records within EHR systems.
  • Travel to multiple care sites daily for seamless patient care.
  • Assist in optimizing workflows and team training as needed.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • MD or DO degree
  • Active, unrestricted medical license in Washington State
  • Board certification in a relevant specialty
  • 3 to 6 years of clinical practice in wound care or related fields
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Reliable transportation and valid Washington driver’s license

Preferred:

  • Wound Care Certification (CWSP, CWS) or ability to obtain within six months
  • DEA registration (preferred but not required)
  • Experience in skilled nursing or home health settings
  • Proficiency with EHR systems

Regulatory & Compliance Requirements: Washington provides full-practice authority to physicians with requirements for prescriptive authority, CME credits, and license renewal guidelines.
