Job Overview Responsible for maintaining complete product integrity during its stay at the distribution center, from receiving, through movement and storage within the warehouse, to final store shipment. Ensures all products are handled appropriately, adhering to quality and temperature standards. Click here for an overview of the position. What You'll Be Doing: Ensuring order and inventory accuracy via established processes. Collaborating with truck drivers and unloaders during receiving and shipping of Fresh and Frozen foods. Maintaining quality and temperature standards for all products during transfer and storage. Following inventory control practices to meet all Meijer standards. Accurately completing receiving, order, and shipping processes. Maintaining building sanitation standards consistently. Practicing 200% safety accountability. Performing other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent. Intermediate computer/technology skills. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Warehouse experience is helpful. Excellent attendance and work record. Good listening and communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills to build effective work relationships. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
