Position Summary: The Marketing Coordinator will support the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the Company’s brand, services, and projects. This role involves coordinating a variety of marketing activities, including content creation, digital marketing, event planning and proposal support. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with business development and project teams to ensure the Company’s messaging aligns with its goals, and that all marketing efforts are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development, design, and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, project profiles, presentations, and newsletters.
  • Create and manage content for the Company’s website, social media platforms, and other digital channels, ensuring it is engaging and reflects the company’s values and project portfolio.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to build brand awareness and engage with industry stakeholders. Monitor and respond to social media activity.
  • Work with business development and estimating teams to develop and submit high-quality proposals, bids, and RFPs (Request for Proposals), RFQs (Request for Qualifications), ensuring consistency in messaging, branding, and formatting.
  • Coordinate and manage company events, including industry conferences, career fairs, client appreciation events, and internal team-building events. Both in state and out of state events.
  • Support internal teams with branding guidelines and asset management.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients to help inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns, newsletters, and client outreach initiatives.
  • Coordinate photography and documentation of completed projects for marketing purposes, maintaining an updated portfolio of project images.
  • Work closely with project teams and other members of ACS to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing materials.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills / Abilities:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) & Bluebeam Revu
  • Proficient communication, interpersonal and organization skills
  • Must have strong analytical, accuracy, and attention to detail skills

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • Must have experience in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop).

Work Environment :

Work is conducted primarily in our Denver office, but also includes before and after-hours networking events. Additionally, incumbent is expected to visit potential job sites and current job sites for events. Work will be interrupted due to management or employees with questions and needs. Proper PPE will be provided by ACS.
