Be among the first 25 applicants Position Overview: Charleys is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Digital Full Stack with expertise in e-commerce to join our Marketing team. As the Senior Manager, Digital Full Stack, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our suite of e-commerce platforms (website, app, kiosk) as well as supporting our e-commerce efforts with third-party platforms and affiliates (Olo, DoorDash, Grubhub, Uber Eats, etc.). Your in-depth knowledge of e-commerce principles, third-party operations/platforms, and full-stack development will contribute to the success of our online business. You will also manage our social media team efforts, ensuring they are aligned with and optimize the digital ordering experience. This position reports to the VP, Marketing. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate internally with marketing team members, Executive Leadership, and cross-functional groups to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Create, manage, and maintain a robust and scalable e-commerce suite of applications across digital platforms, using modern web technologies and frameworks. Design, implement, and optimize front-end systems to ensure a seamless backend flow and deliver a user-friendly digital ordering experience across platforms. Customize and expand digital ordering functionality to meet specific requirements and business goals. Partner with IT to integrate third-party APIs and payment solutions to enhance e-commerce functionality. Design, code, test, and fix bugs across platforms to maintain high-quality code standards. Leverage data analytics to optimize website performance (SEO, SEM, etc.) and responsiveness for improved user experience. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to e-commerce, third-party practices, and social media. Oversee social media team activities, ensuring content planning, best practices, alignment with Brand Standards & Guidelines, and digital traffic efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve development processes, workflows, and content output. Drive innovation using a deep understanding of how digital solutions enhance marketing strategies, emphasizing omnichannel digital sales and seamless platform experiences. Lead projects to completion through collaboration, proactively identifying and addressing potential roadblocks. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). At least 5+ years of experience in e-commerce development or management across websites, apps, kiosks, and social media. Strong understanding of UX/UI design for user-friendly digital experiences. Experience working with third-party affiliates like DoorDash, Grubhub, Uber Eats. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks. Backend technology understanding is a plus. Experience with online ordering systems, API integrations, and custom themes. Knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and data modeling. Understanding of digital analytics, SEO, algorithms, and ecommerce ranking factors. Experience managing teams and social media activities, with success in growing engagement. Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment techniques is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, communication, project management, and collaboration skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about emerging trends in e-commerce and third-party apps. Demonstrated leadership with clarity of purpose, motivation, attention to detail, and execution.
