Maintenance Technician

12-Hour Shifts | Growth Opportunity

A well-established, family-owned food production facility in La Vista is seeking aMaintenance Technicianto join their operations team. This is a confidential opportunity to work behind the scenes at one of the region’s most respected manufacturers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Start each shift by reviewing work orders and planning maintenance tasks.
• Perform preventative maintenance on baking ovens and packing machines.
• Inspect and test components such as bearings, gears, and shafts to ensure optimal performance.
• Install and repair electrical systems, gauges, valves, and pressure regulators.
• Operate lathes, grinders, and drills; perform occasional metal fabrication and welding.
• Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives across the facility.

What You Bring:

• 1+ yearof experience in machinery setup, repair, and troubleshooting in a manufacturing or production setting.
• 1+ yearof mechanical maintenance experience.
• 6+ monthsof electrical experience.
• 6+ monthsof welding and fabrication experience.
• Strong ability to learn, take direction, and work independently or as part of a team.

Work Schedule:

• 12-hour shifts
  • Day Shift: 4:45 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 4:45 PM – 5:00 AM
  • Four day work weeks!

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $33.00/hr.

classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
