Job Description
Our Real Estate, Business, and Civil Litigation Law Firm is hiring a legal assistant, to work 2 days a week in the office and 4 to 8 hours remotely from home. The job duties include answering our firm's cell phone for new client intakes, facilitating messages, being available for our clients, processing mail and legal documents, and supporting our paralegal.
MUST have 3-5 years of experience in a law firm setting. The ideal candidate is a person who can follow directions, work independently, be very detail oriented and professional, stay on task, and work closely with our paralegal on multiple assignments. The candidate will also manage attorney calendars and actively manage cases.
