Compensation: $25 - $36+ per hour starting wage (based on qualifications)

*Job Duties*
· Work as part of/lead a crew to install trees, plants and other softscapes and earth work projects using equipment, power tools, and hand tools
· Install materials per plan/contract requirements
· Communicate effectively with coworkers in the field and in the office
· Meet quality and timeline expectations set by customers and company leadership
· Follow all policies in the employee handbook

*Skills/Requirements*
· Knowledge and skill to operate equipment, power tools and hand tools
· 2-3 years’ experience in the landscape/construction industry that includes tree planting
· Knowledge of accepted construction methods
· Ability to communicate in a professional manner with coworkers and customers
· Ability to take direction and work with landscape designers and other company leaders
· Ability to adapt to a changing environment and foresee installation difficulties
· Ability to work up to 100% of a workday in an active capacity, including, but not limited to, walking, standing, kneeling, bending, and lifting
