Job Description

The PM will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our systems running. You can accurately define a client issue and interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. Also, run and manage the Jira ticket system.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Experience in Java application development
• Must have client facing/product support experience
• Manage/Run the JIRA ticket system
• Implement system enhancements.
• Conduct system testing and troubleshooting.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Experience working in a Java development environment using Angular, React, AWS technologies
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in system integration.
• Experience as a manager running the Jira system
• Must have prior experience working directly with clients
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
• Must have a bachelor's degree
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Ensure effective communication with clients.
