Position Overview

The  Commercial Real Estate Investment Broker is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, marketing, and executing real estate investment transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and of income-producing assets.
The role requires a blend of  sales acumen ,  financial analysis , and  strategic advisory skills to provide clients with data-driven investment insights and transaction execution support.

  Investment Analysis & Underwriting

• Analyze income-producing properties using financial models (DCF, IRR, NPV, cap rate, sensitivity analysis).
• Prepare detailed property valuations, rent rolls, cash flow projections, and pro formas in Excel or Argus.
• Perform market and comparable sales analyses to advise clients on pricing and positioning.
• Evaluate debt structures, returns, and capital stack scenarios.
• Support investment memos, offering memoranda (OMs), and pitch decks with clear financial narratives.
• Commission Based with built in client leads and immediate clients to represent
