Job Description

ASCO Equipment has an entry-level position for an Inventory specialist in Round Rock, Texas . This position supports the general functions of the sales programs and is a support role to Sales and Marketing. This position on our special programs staff, for someone looking to start a long term career working closely with a dynamic team that helps set you up for future success with ASCO. The Inventory specialist will be responsible for a variety of different functions including but not limited to:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Receive, identify, and manage the equipment inventory
  • Administer and conduct monthly/quarterly spot inventories and full quarterly inventories
  • Accurately process equipment invoices in a timely manner
  • Various other administrative duties

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration or a general business background. Financial/Data/Business
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and data-entry skills
  • Ability to work on complex and detail-oriented tasks utilizing judgment, tact, and resourcefulness
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines, adjust to changes, and to handle multiple tasks at once
  • Ability to keep accurate records, to assemble and organize data, and to prepare/submit reports in Microsoft Excel or Google formats
  • Advanced computer literacy and expert level spreadsheet user
  • Have a positive and upbeat outlook and take pride in their work
