Job Details

We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Law Associate Attorney to join our growing team. This hybrid role is ideal for a dedicated legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in court and provide strategic legal counsel in a variety of family law matters.

Prepare legal documents including contracts, pleadings, and settlement agreements.

Maintain organized case files and collaborate with paralegals and team members.

Offer guidance on conflict resolution and advocate for clients during negotiations.

Communicate consistently and effectively with clients to keep them informed.

Attend regular team meetings and contribute to a collaborative firm culture.

Qualifications:

2–3 years of family law experience practicing in Texas (required).

Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar.

Valid Texas driver’s license and auto insurance.

Comfortable tracking billable hours and working with case management software.

Strong writing, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and an aptitude for learning new tech tools.
