We’re seeking a motivated and personable HVAC Sales Associate to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position with in-state travel typically within a 2-hour radius from your home office. Occasional travel to Orlando and Jacksonville may be required for customer HQ visits.

In this role, you’ll represent top-tier HVAC manufacturers, build relationships with distributors, contractors, and engineers, and help drive product awareness and sales throughout your territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with HVAC wholesalers, contractors, mechanical engineers, and builders.
• Conduct in-person branch visits, trainings, and product demos across your territory.
• Represent a strong lineup of HVAC product lines and solutions.
• Deliver excellent customer service and technical product knowledge.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of accounts and follow up consistently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and support.

Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years of experience in HVAC sales, technical support, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment.
• Comfortable with regular travel (most within 3 hours of home).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Familiarity with Florida HVAC markets is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
