Human Resources Intern

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and personable Human Resources Intern to support the HR team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including employee relations, event planning, onboarding, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about fostering a positive workplace culture, demonstrating a professional and approachable demeanor, and assisting with HR initiatives across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and assisting with orientation.
• Help maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives, including organizing events and gathering feedback.
• Participate in the preparation and distribution of HR communications, such as benefits updates and policy changes.
• Assist with tracking employee attendance, performance, and training records.
• Provide administrative support for various HR projects, including data entry, filing, and report preparation.
• Aid in maintaining a positive workplace culture by assisting with employee recognition programs and team-building activities.
• Collaborate with HR team members to address employee inquiries and provide timely assistance.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A positive and proactive attitude, with a strong willingness to learn.
• Organizational and multitasking skills.
• A valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• A fulltime junior or senior, or recent graduate, pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
