AnswerNet is one of the largest and most highly respected call center companies in the U.S. and Canada. To support our continued growth, the Marketing Department is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our team.

The Jr. Graphic Designer will play a key role in AnswerNet’s branding and collateral creation. If you have original “outside the box” ideas and a keen eye for details, we want to talk to you! As Junior Graphic Designer, you will work with the Director of Marketing, Creative Director, copywriters, and others on the Marketing team to create content that follows the overall strategy and promotes the company’s vision – from initial concept through to final design.

Adhering to tight deadlines and staying on schedule is essential. Our ideal candidate has an up-to-date knowledge of industry software, works well within a team, accepts creative direction & and constructive feedback – but is not afraid to express his/her creative opinions.

Responsibilities:

• Becoming quickly familiar with our company’s brand guidelines and imagery
• Ability to conceptualize & deliver creative content to align with the marketing strategies
• Designing marketing collateral (including sell sheets, white papers, case studies, business stationery, etc.), as well as logos, emails, and digital assets for websites & social media
• Pitching original creative concepts to team
• Finalizing designs through publication/release
• Proofreading your work to ensure accuracy
• Collaborating with the team to complete projects on time and within budget

Mandatory technical skills:

• Knowledge of design/graphics editing software, such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc. (or whatever design software you’re most comfortable with)
• General proficiency in PowerPoint is mandatory!
• Some photoshopping skills (a general familiarity with full Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
• Comfortable working within other Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Word, Excel)
• Video editing/creation experience and knowledge of software is a plus

Other Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in professional graphic design
• Some working knowledge of website software (WordPress is preferred)
• Must haves:
  • Ability to work well with a team and take instruction
  • Time management & problem-solving skills
  • A sense of humor!
