Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr Operations Engineer to join the Project Development Support & Coordination Division of the LTC Business & Project Development Department. The division is responsible for overseeing and supporting all relevant engineering work to meet the Liquid to Chemicals (LTC) program objectives and ensure meeting project schedules milestones and deliverables. In addition it will oversee the implementation of project governance and its alignment with all stakeholders to ensure complementing the IK program. The candidate will ensure implementation of work in accordance with the project scope set plans and handle contingencies that arise during execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Strong chemicals/steam cracker operational experience
  • Background in refinery & chemicals integration
  • Demonstrate understanding of process yields qualities economics and capital efficiency
  • Strong experience in chemicals plants capital project development particularly PreFEED/FEED development
  • Understanding of execution and commercial experience required for the position.

Requirements:

  • This role required candidate to permanently relocate at Dhahran Saudi Arabia.
  • Hold a Bachelors degree in Engineering from a recognized and approved program
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience with a focus in the Refining & Chemicals business and their integration
  • Previous experience in Project Engineering Designing and Execution for chemicals plants.
