GEICO’s Special Investigations Unit (SIU) is seeking a highly motivated SIU Information Analyst. The successful candidate will independently identify, search, and analyze data from internal and external sources to detect potentially fraudulent claims, policies, and trends. Responsibilities include conducting nature and extent analysis, preparing detailed analytical case assessments or presentations for senior management and law enforcement, and developing proactive data queries to identify fraud. Minimum Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in insurance or financial services in an analyst role. At least 2 years of fraud analysis experience. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI. Intermediate proficiency in SQL or SAS. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong multi-tasking skills. Ability to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Salary Range: $29.51 - $57.49 per hour The salary range is a general guideline; actual compensation depends on various factors including experience, education, training, location, and market considerations.
