We are a growing commercial linen and laundry service company proudly serving hotels, resorts, restaurants, and country clubs throughout the Myrtle Beach area. Our team provides dependable, high-quality linen services that help our clients deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.

We are seeking a Food & Beverage Sales/Client Relations to grow our client base and maintain strong relationships within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities with restaurants, hotels, resorts, and event venues.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct client visits, walkthroughs, and service check-ins to maintain quality standards.
• Work with the operations and delivery teams to ensure service excellence.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and customized service plans for new and existing clients.
• Attend networking events, hospitality mixers, and trade shows to promote company services.
• Track sales goals and maintain records using CRM tools and reporting systems.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or hospitality (linen, laundry, or hotel vendor experience preferred).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (local travel required).
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems).

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday.
• Occasional evenings or weekends for client events.

Compensation:

• $60,000 – $75,000 base salary (DOE) + commission.
• Mileage reimbursement for local travel.
