Jane Marie LLC is seeking an associate designer to join our team! You will be responsible for creating products women and kids love for the fashion jewelry and apparel industry.

• Strong sense of creativity and ability to keep up with current trends
• Ability to get involved in workplace teamwork
• Proficient with spreadsheets, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and be a team player
• Proactively follow up on pending inquiries from sales teams and factories
• Prepare meeting samples and coordinate work between designers, sample makers, production and sales teams
• Create fit comments & communicate with vendors overseas
• Follow up with vendors from fittings until merchandise arrival

​ Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in designing products
• Previous experience as a domestic/ import designer desired
• Multi-faceted, detail-oriented, & highly organized individual
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent email writing/communication skills
• Excellent verbal/communication skills
