Job Title: Senior Family Law Attorney (Remote/Hybrid – Bay Area)
Compensation: $160,000 – $300,000 DOE
Employment Type: Full-Time
A well-established boutique law firm with a focus on Family Law and Civil Litigation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Family Law Attorney. This is a full-time, remote position with occasional in-person appearances required for hearings in the Bay Area.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience practicing Family Law, particularly within Santa Clara County. We are looking for a self-sufficient attorney who can manage a complex caseload with minimal oversight. Familiarity with local court procedures, attention to detail, and a strong sense of professionalism are essential.
Qualifications:
Active member of the California State Bar, in good standing
5+ years of dedicated Family Law experience
CFLS certification strongly preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of California Family Law and complex financial issues
Prior experience working with high-net-worth individuals
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead Family Law litigation matters from start to finish
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal staff
Draft and review pleadings, discovery, motions, and legal memoranda
Represent clients in court for hearings and trials
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
Maintain case calendars and ensure all deadlines are met
Participate in case strategy, forecasting, and reporting
Assist with administrative duties, including e-filing and file management
Perform billing and timekeeping tasks
