Executive Recruiter (VPSVP Level) | $60$75/hr | Remote (U.S. Only)

Assignment: 28 Weeks | Weekly Pay + Benefits

Are you a trusted talent advisor with a passion for executive-level hiring? A high-impact organization is looking for an experienced Executive Recruiter to lead strategic searches across Sr. Director to SVP-level roles.

Youll be the go-to partner for senior leadership across all business functionsdesigning and executing talent attraction strategies that bring in transformative leaders. If you're energized by cross-functional collaboration, high-stakes recruiting, and building trusted partnerships with C-Suite stakeholders, this could be your next big move.

Remote within the U.S. (excluding CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA)

Assignment Type: W2

Travel: Occasional travel may be required for in-person team or project meetings

What You'll Do

• Own and manage end-to-end executive searches (Sr. Director through SVP) across multiple departments
• Partner directly with business leaders to build and drive tailored talent strategies
• Ensure a seamless and exceptional candidate experience from start to finish
• Guide leaders through workforce planning and hiring prioritization
• Collaborate with a high-performing team of recruiters, researchers, and talent partners
• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across FP&A, HR, Total Rewards, and more
• Proactively solve challenges that hinder search delivery and hiring outcomes
• Maintain operational excellence and leverage data to inform decisions

What Were Looking For

• 5+ years of executive recruiting experience, focused on VP+ roles
• 10+ years of total recruiting experience, preferably in SaaS or tech environments
• Strong stakeholder management experience at the executive level
• Expertise in at least one executive domain: GTM, G&A, or Technical
• Mastery of the full recruiting lifecyclefrom planning to onboarding
• Comfortable managing multiple high-level searches simultaneously
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with a commitment to efficiency and excellence

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience partnering with HRBPs and compensation stakeholders
• A background in executive search or search firm experience
