An established and highly regarded senior living community in Eugene is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead a 200+ unit campus offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic and operational leadership across all departments, ensuring excellence in resident experience, compliance, and financial performance.
Foster a culture of engagement, teamwork, and accountability among department heads and staff across a 200+ unit community.
Build and sustain strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and local partners, maintaining a positive, community-focused presence.
Oversee budget management, occupancy goals, staffing, and service quality to meet and exceed performance expectations.
3–5 years of leadership experience as an Executive Director or Administrator within senior living (Independent, Assisted, and Memory Care).
Proven success managing large communities (200+ units) with strong financial and occupancy performance.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, hands-on leadership approach.
Location: Eugene, OR – Onsite M-F - Relocation Assistance Available
Compensation: $120K–$150K (depending on experience)
