Description
We are seeking eager, ambitious, and financially motivated individuals interested in pursuing a sales opportunity in a rapidly growing industry. This is a position for individuals who may have no prior experience to be trained by some of the most well renowned salespeople nationwide and become established within a year.
This is a fast track program to become a Loan Officer with one of the fastest grossing mortgage brokers in the country. The role is commission-heavy with a base salary included. Those that meet minimum performance standards will earn +100k in the first year.
A Loan Officer helps individuals and businesses apply for and obtain loans. They evaluate loan applications, explain loan options, and guide clients through the approval process. Loan Officers work with banks, credit unions, or other financial institutions to ensure loans are processed accurately and in compliance with regulations.
(Day-to-Day Responsibilities)
•\tTrain directly under top-producing Mortgage Bankers and leadership
•\tLearn and apply real sales tactics through hands-on coaching
•\tTake and make calls from warm leads from multiple referral and lead sources
•\tLearn how to use our CRM and loan origination systems
•\tProvide top-tier customer service to clients and referral partners
•\tParticipate in sales meetings, contests, and performance incentives
•\tWork in a fast-paced, competitive team environment that rewards effort and results
(Ideal Candidate)
•\tNo mortgage background required, we train you
•\tBachelor’s degree OR 2+ years of inside sales, service, military, or commission-based experience
•\tBackground in sales, hospitality, retail, customer service, or athletics is a plus
•\tOutgoing, competitive, and naturally good with people
•\tStrong communicator (phone, written, and in-person)
•\tMotivated by money, growth, and performance
•\tThrives in fast-paced, high-expectation environments
•\tSelf-starter who doesn’t need hand-holding after training
•\tOrganized, proactive, and a problem-solver

The pay range for this position is $30576.00 - $30576.00/yr.
