Salary: From $45,000.00 per year

General Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a portfolio of approximately 20 residential buildings, 150 units
• Maintenance coordination between tenants and vendors
• Generate and post notices at company managed properties
• Answer tenant request for maintenance issues and determine what vendors to assign task to
• Conduct monthly inspections of the properties
• Conduct City inspections when called for of the properties assigned
• Move-in, move-out unit inspections, property walk-through
• Assign turn over work to various vendors
• Inspect work completed by various vendors as needed
• Coordinate and negotiate with vendor projects
• Review and approve invoices for payment
• Coordinate with Leasing Agent regarding rent increases
• Respond to After Hour Emergency calls when required
• Oversee resident Managers and help them with their buildings

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Residential leasing experience a plus
• Knowledge, with Yardi, Microsoft Office, Excel, DocuSign
• Must have excellent work ethics, conflict resolution skills
• Work well with others in the office/team player.
• Maintains Fair Housing Certification
• Ability to function effectively in a customer service and sales-oriented environment
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle required with an acceptable driving record
