Job Title: Entry Level Production Worker

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools, pneumatic tools, saws, and tape measures with precision.
• Safely lift, move, and position window components weighing between 35–55 lbs.
• Achieve daily production targets by meeting established line standards.
• Perform 100% self-inspection of all parts—both finished and unfinished—at your workstation.
• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe, team-oriented work environment.

Essential Skills

• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Frequent lifting and transferring of 35 lbs; occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Capability to reach overhead and bend/pivot at the waist throughout the day.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform fine hand movements regularly.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Good attention to detail.
• Comfortable with hand and power tools.

Shift

5:30am - 3:30pm, Monday -Thursday with overtime on Fridays

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Union, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
