Job Title: Electronics Assembler & Test Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled technician to perform daily electronics assembly and testing activities. Responsibilities include the mechanical placement of components, wire/cable assembly, and providing on-site installation and test support. The role requires interpreting detailed schematics, engineering drawings, and procedures, along with soldering, testing, and troubleshooting electronic assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electronics assembly and testing tasks daily
• Assemble and install mechanical and electronic components
• Conduct wire/cable assembly and field installation/testing
• Interpret and follow detailed schematics, engineering drawings, and work procedures
• Solder, test, and troubleshoot electronic assemblies
• Communicate effectively with the team and provide daily progress updates

Required Education, Experience, and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, trade school coursework, or military electronics training (preferred)
• Associate degree in a technical field (preferred)
• Basic understanding of computers and electronics-related communication
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and procedures
• Strong communication skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to alternate between standing and sitting throughout the day
• Movement between workstations as needed
• Transporting materials by hand, cart, or vehicle

Additional Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Must submit to a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Weekends and overtime may be required
