What You Will Do Plans, prioritizes and implements educational programs which are in compliance with American Diabetes Association, Department guidelines and hospital policies. Effectively communicates with patient/family and the interdisciplinary team. Demonstrates the ability to assess, implement and evaluate treatments and provide appropriate individualized recommendations on the needs of the patients. Consistently demonstrates evidence‑based competency in the assessment of the patient and adapts care to meet the individual patients’ needs. Demonstrates excellent service to patients/families and other customers by providing assistance to their specific needs.
