SilvoyDMD is hiring a friendly, outgoing, and organized person to join our front desk and care for patients as our new full-time Dental Receptionist ! YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR DENTAL RECEPTIONIST
You normally work Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm .
As a vital member of our office team, you set the tone for positive experiences and create a welcoming environment where people feel comfortable. You're at our front desk, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing great customer service to patients. You greet patients as they arrive, check them in for appointments, and check them out when they leave. Attentively, you process payments and record transactions to help maintain accurate financial records. If you're eager to grow in a warm, supportive environment, this is the perfect opportunity to do so!
REQUIREMENTS
Some dental or medical office front desk experience would be preferred. Experience with scheduling appointments or making inbound and outbound phone calls would also be a bonus.
