Job Description

The Customer Service Associate is key to ensuring our customers receive their orders with efficiency and care. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for preparing orders for delivery, loading, and delivering products with safety as a priority. Additionally, you will engage with customers, assisting them in-person and over the phone, while operating tinting, mixing, and color matching equipment as needed.

This position is based at Automotive Branch #9159 located at 37 Teed Drive, Randolph, MA 02368. You will work within the branch's hours of operation from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Your specific hours will reflect business needs and may change as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare orders for delivery or pickup (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
• Load and unload products from deliveries.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Assist customers by identifying needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately, adhering to company policies.
• Deliver products in a safe and timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Ensure stockroom organization and compliance with inventory procedures.
• Operate tinting, mixing, and color matching equipment as necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be authorized to work in the country without requiring visa sponsorship.
• Must possess a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least a High School diploma or GED.
• A minimum of one (1) year experience with material handling equipment.
• At least one (1) year of experience in customer service, retail, or sales.
