Creative Traffic & Program Manager (Contract – 6 Months)

Location: Irvine, CA

Contract Length: 6 months

We are seeking a Creative Traffic & Program Manager to join our client’s team in Irvine, CA. This is a 6-month contract role. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing creative workflows while also leading broader cross-functional program initiatives.

This role is the operational backbone of the creative team — balancing day-to-day traffic management with oversight of larger programs that align with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage intake, resourcing, and tracking of creative requests across design, copy, video, and production.

  • Build and maintain project schedules, ensuring deliverables and deadlines are met.

  • Serve as the central point of contact for project status, updates, and communication.

  • Lead program management initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales, etc.) to hit program milestones.

  • Monitor project interdependencies, risks, and blockers while driving process improvements.

  • Forecast and manage resources to support scalability and execution.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in traffic, project, or program management (agency or in-house creative/marketing).

  • Agency background strongly preferred.

  • Experience in B2B or tech industries a plus.

  • Strong understanding of creative workflows (design, copy, video, production).

  • Proficiency with project/program management tools (Jira preferred).

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience reporting outcomes.

Pay Details: $37.00 - 40.00 per hour

The role is contract and onsite in Irvine, CA.
