  • 5+ years of experience in construction management with a strong base building focus (data centers, industrial, or commercial facilities preferred).
  • Proven success managing large-scale projects, ideally exceeding $100M in scope.
  • Technical knowledge of structural, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Proficiency with construction management platforms (Procore, Primavera, etc.).
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% to support multiple project sites.
  • Preferred Experience

    • Advanced degree or certifications in construction management.
    • Prior work on hyperscale or mission-critical facilities.
    • Familiarity with sustainable and lean construction practices.
    • Advanced knowledge of complex electrical or mechanical systems.

    Why This Role

This is not just another construction management role. It’s a chance to lead highly visible, mission-critical projects that will power the next generation of artificial intelligence. You’ll be part of a leadership team pioneering sustainable, large-scale infrastructure with long-term impact.
