Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Commercial Title Insurance Coordinator to join a dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing organization committed to modernizing the title and settlement industry.
Key Responsibilities: - Title Order Management : Place title orders across multiple states, ensuring all necessary information is obtained to process and clear title.
- Customer & Agent Coordination : Interact with customers and agents to obtain the pertinent information required for the title department to clear the title and move forward with the closing process.
- Funding Authorization : Work directly with mortgage lenders to obtain funding authorization and ensure all financial aspects are in place for closing.
- Communication & Updates : Maintain clear, consistent communication with the assigned Closing Advisor and ensure the system is updated with all relevant notes from email and phone interactions.
- Utility Information : Obtain all utility information, including final bills, ensuring all details are accurate for the closing process.
- Escalation Management : Identify and escalate any issues or items that could affect the closing date to the Closing Advisor to ensure the process stays on track.
- Customer Experience : Provide a top-tier customer experience throughout the settlement process, ensuring clients and agents are well-informed and satisfied.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with the team to ensure files close on time and that any challenges are addressed proactively and collaboratively.
- Additional Responsibilities : Assist management with additional tasks as needed and support team goals in achieving timely and accurate closings.
Skills and Experience: - Attention to Detail : Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer Service Expertise : Strong background in customer service with the ability to guide clients and agents through the closing process, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Problem-Solving Skills : Enjoys tackling challenges and finding creative solutions to potential roadblocks to keep the closing process on track.
- Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain a positive, solution-oriented approach to all interactions.
- Title & Real Estate Knowledge : Experience in the title industry or real estate is preferred, with a solid understanding of the processes involved in closing transactions.
- Technology Proficiency : Experience with title-related software such as Resware and familiarity with tools like Tableau and Google Drive is a plus.
- Professional Experience : Recent graduates with a strong interest in starting a career in the title industry are also encouraged to apply.
