We’re looking for a system administrator who has experience with Citrix products such as NetScaler to help increase application performance while migrating to a cloud infrastructure. As a Citrix Systems Administrator on our team, you’ll support daily operational requirements of computer network systems, including workstation, file servers, and web servers. You’ll help clients overcome tough challenges through monitoring and performance management. Your knowledge will be vital as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission-critical network. Your communication skills will come in handy as you turn metrics into information and articulate their meaning. This is an opportunity to gain experience in Cloud services migration and what it takes to keep web servers operational throughout migration. We focus on growing as a team, so we’ll share techniques, work through challenges, and develop new methodologies together. Work with us and resolve daily challenges as we improve warfighter communications and consolidate datacenters into cloud infrastructure. You Have: 1+ years of experience with systems administration, including workstation, file servers, and web servers Knowledge of installing hardware, software, systems upgrades, and local system design documentation, web page design, interface, and updates Knowledge of network accounts and network security Ability to troubleshoot systems and implement network security tools, including firewalls, anti-virus, and Intrusion Detection Services Secret clearance Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems CompTIA Security+ or IAT Level II Certification Citrix Certification such as Citrix Certified Associate - Virtualization (CCA-V) Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
