Design, install, configure, manage, and troubleshoot Citrix, VMware, and Azure Virtual Desktop solutions, handling large projects with a focus on performance, scalability, security, high availability, and connectivity. Operate and optimize virtualization platforms and management tools such as Intune, Citrix, and VMware. Develop comprehensive architecture solutions aligned with business and technical requirements, ensuring coherence across people, processes, and systems. Gather and analyze business and technical requirements from stakeholders to produce detailed specification documents. Investigate and propose solutions to meet client needs, produce high-level solution descriptions, and secure customer acceptance. Manage the technical aspects of projects through all lifecycle phases, supporting project managers and adhering to change management processes. Technical Competence Proven experience leading virtual desktop design and implementation projects, including planning, tracking, and controlling infrastructure activities. Extensive experience in analyzing, architecting, designing, building, testing, and deploying complex IT solutions throughout the lifecycle. Ability to lead projects in a matrix organization, from requirements to knowledge transfer, including requirement workshops and client relationship management. Disciplined approach to network and infrastructure design, with the ability to question and refine architecture at all levels.
