**Job Requirements:**
* More than 1 year of industry experience including brokerage and carrier management, preferred
* Understanding of modes, equipment, and freight requirements.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly connect with people.
* Ability to interact with multiple levels of management inside and outside of Trinity.
* Ability to persuade, motivate, influence and negotiate with others.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively across the company.
* Travel expectations approximately 25% to visit carrier and/or company business.
